Delivery timeframes
NEW ZEALAND
1-2 working days following dispatch. There will be an extra 1-2 days for rural areas.
INTERNATIONAL
3-9 working days following dispatch of goods.
Orders will be dispatched one working day (excepting weekends or public holidays) after payment has been received via paypal method, or in cleared funds direct to our Littleducks bank.
Please ensure addresses are correctly supplied, as we cannot accept responsibility for items incorrectly addressed.
Tracking numbers and signatures
NEW ZEALAND
Delivery is by courier, and a tracking number will be sent to you by email whenever possible. All parcels are without signature. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you require a signature. There will be an extra charge for this.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost after they have been noted as delivered to your nominated address.
INTERNATIONAL
Delivery is by air mail. In order to keep shipping rates to a minimum, this a “no tracking number/no signature” service.

Payment and tax for international orders
Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% will be deducted from listed prices at checkout.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in New Zealand and must be cleared by local customs as they enter your country. Depending on your location and the value of your order further taxes, customs duties etc, or other import costs might be payable. Your local customs service will contact you to arrange payment of these amounts. These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We use eco-Bags – everybody’s friend for saving the planet!
What are eco-bags made from?
Biodegradable Copolymer + PLA derived from corn starch and sugar cane. So it is totally compostable. “Keeping our planet free from plastic bags”.
Are the bags recyclable?
eco-Bags from Go Sweet Spot are home and commercially compostable, bio-plastic is not recyclable so do not place these in your recycling bin.
Compost them – How long will they take to breakdown?
These will breakdown within 3 months in the most ideal conditions. Home compost may take longer to fully breakdown, with 90% of the material degraded within 6 months. The remaining material is converted to water and organic matter.
Can they go into a Landfill?
This is not the preferred destination because there is no guarantee of the appropriate conditions for the eco-Bags to fully breakdown.
Note: Littleducks uses these eco-bags whenever possible, but may not be able to use these in some instances.
