Postage & Delivery
Please note that all of our product prices have a flat rate of shipping at $5.50 per package within NZ. The NZ prices include the GST tax of 15.0%. This is not added to international orders as they are exempt.
Delivery Times
Within NZ – allow 1-3 working days
Australia – allow 3-5 working days
United Kingdom – within 14 days.
International Delivery
Customs requirements- Please note that any additional taxes or duties that may be incurred within the customers country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery- We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses being supplied. All international orders are sent via New Zealand Post, and do not include tracking. If you wish to have your parcel tracked, please contact us directly to ascertain a price for this. Please note delivery times listed above for relevant country.
Returns & Exchanges
The customer will be required to pay for the return shipping of any goods unless the incorrect goods were received or the goods are defective in any way. Littleducks will proceed with a full refund to your credit card once the product has been received by us.
Littleducks is happy to exchange items for alternative sizes or products of the same value, as long as the goods are returned promptly and are un-used. If it is purely a change of size/colour, it is the customers responsibility to pay the shipping to return the goods for exchange, and the cost for Littleducks to return the new sized/coloured items. There is a sizing chart available on our website, and we suggest that you refer to the chart prior to ordering.

Littleducks takes the utmost precautions to protect your information. All our credit card transactions are processed by PayPal, the world’s largest secure payment provider. Littleducks does not store any credit card details, for further information see www.paypal.com.
